Privacy Policy

OnePointTwo Studios is the trade name of OnePointTwo Labs Analytics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Studio”). This policy describes what information is and is not collected when you visit onepointtwostudios.com (the “Site”). It is short because the Site collects very little.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an informational page describing the Studio, its properties, and its team. It does not sell products, offer accounts, process payments, or ask you to log in. There are no forms on the Site. The only interactive elements are links to third-party platforms and an email address you may choose to write to.
2. Information we collect
Information you send us directly. If you email us at team@onepointtwostudios.com or another address on the Site, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose. We do not add you to any list, share it, or sell it.
Hosting logs. The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel automatically records standard technical information about requests to the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and time of visit. Vercel processes this on our behalf under its own privacy policy (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). We do not use this data to identify or profile individual visitors.
That is the full list. We do not collect anything else through the Site.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set cookies. It does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, tag managers, or any third-party scripts. Fonts and other assets are served from our own hosting rather than from third-party networks, so visiting the Site does not send your information to font providers, content networks, or advertisers.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools to the Site, we will update this policy first.
4. Links to other platforms
The Site links to third-party services where the Studio publishes content, including Substack, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Once you follow one of those links, you are on that platform and its privacy policy governs — not ours. We do not control what those platforms collect, and we encourage you to review their policies.
5. Other products and services
The Studio may from time to time launch separately branded applications, tools, or services. Those products will have their own privacy notices describing their specific data practices. This policy covers only the Site at onepointtwostudios.com.
6. How we use and share information
We use the limited information described above only to operate the Site and respond to people who contact us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except (a) our hosting provider as described in Section 2, and (b) where required by law.
7. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our hosting provider processes Site traffic on servers in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., the technical information described in Section 2 will be processed there.
8. Your choices and rights
Because we hold almost no personal information, most privacy rights are simple to honor. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your message or correct information you sent, write to team@onepointtwostudios.com and we will do so. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will respond to any such request in accordance with it.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated policy applies.
